Zoe has over 12 years of London market experience in operations and product management, covering both underwriting and claims. Before joining Amarillo, her role focused on defining and delivering the strategy for the Delegated Underwriting Authority portfolio of services – including development, promotion and selling of the services to both existing and new insurance customers.

Zoe has a passion for product development and innovation, in her previous role at Xchanging Zoe was their first Product Manager and was responsible for successfully launching Verometrix to the London Claims market to help with the monitoring of spend pertaining to third-party fees before moving onto BinderCloud.

Outside of work, Zoe loves football, live music, festivals and a good crime TV show.
